[Diaspora] Lulu's appetite

As some of you know, there was a hiccup at Lulu this afternoon, and  
some people who had placed orders received an error message:

180: CID 7388640 Error - Text block will not RIP -

As authors we can only apologize. A revised pdf has been uploaded  
now, and we trust that everything will go well.
