Of course we welcome questions like this -- 

Strength was removed as a skill late in the design process, and subsumed under Stamina. We were finding too many examples where either or both skill was relevant, and that sort of redundancy we wanted to eliminate. So Stamina and Agility between them now embrace physical characteristics, with anything more nuanced being represented, as you correctly note, by aspects. 

Had we caught this (the first in what we hope will be a comparatively short list of errata), the example would have had EVA limited by Stamina.
