[Diaspora] Diverting asteroids

Looks like someone is actually going to take up the challenge and divert a
potentially dangerous rock. Who? The Russians.

-- seems like a great way to get a ton of "save the world" positive PR and
spend research money well at the same time. Well, kudos to the Russians.

I note that, however often the danger of hurling giant rocks into a planet
comes up in science fiction, in real life there is not a lot of suspicion
that the Russians actually intend to ensure a collision (presumably because
they are actually run by SPECTRE). Consider that and pause when you're
tempted to go there in game. Lots of people are highly resistant to the idea
of kill billions of people, thankfully.
