The SRD is all open content -- you can do absolutely as you please with it.
My only concern is that someone might get this and believe that they have a
copy of Diaspora, whereas the SRD subset of the game is missing a great deal
of material and is intended to act as a reference for both owners of the
book and (hopefully overlapping) people that want to use it as the basis for
other games and certainly not as a replacement for the game book. I would be
happier if the title page made clear reference to the original complete work
and, ideally, how to get it (at least a link to the web site).
