[Diaspora] Diaspora Mini-Game Scenario (with Link to File)

I did consider putting in some cluster creation, but each time I've run  
this (so far) it's come pretty close to the 4-hour mark. So, if you have  
the time for it, you can fit something in, but for the usual con slot, I  
don't think you can do it.
