[Diaspora] Fate, IRC, and Diaspora

I got hooked up (through the Fate mailing list) with an IRC channel devoted
to Fate that looks like it might be fun. I've offered that I might run a
game there at some point, but until that happens I'm just hanging out with
the locals.
