[Diaspora] Rules Questions

It's like top-posting, there's good reasons for and against it, it all
depends on what people expect...

Oh, and on a Diaspora related note, my gaming group created a Cluster
last night and it was much fun! I'll post up details when we have some
stuff written up, but the brainstorming was a really nice change from
my normal "I'm the GM, I'll make all of this up myself!" style.
