[Diaspora] Space combat chapter up for download

Damn this is juicy, and a nice stop-gap until my copy is shipped to
me. Haven't really gotten to the meat of it yet, but what I have read
is really well written. The ideas are presented very clearly and
because of that I expect it to be very easy to remember and use the
full contents of the chapter in play, something I don't always do with
SotC or Starblazer Adventures, where I commonly misremember things,
because of clarity or organization issues.
