[Diaspora] Our first Cluster!

Oh, I just updated the writeup because I forgot to include the cluster
connections, which brings me to my point: I recall someone creating a
nice app that would draw clusters and connection lines for you, and I
have no idea where I saw it and am not having any luck searching for
it. Could some kind soul point me in the right direction so I can
have visual aids in my writeup?
