[Diaspora] Is there an elegant way to add characters once a campaign has started?

When it happens to me, I usually just insist that they have at least one
aspect relating to another character at the table. If they're new to FATE,
I also suggest they leave some skills and aspects blank to fill in as they
go along. It'll be a little bumpy at first, but with the help of the other
players you should be able to integrate them soon enough. Just be flexible.
