[Diaspora] Is there an elegant way to add characters once a campaign has started?

Thanks everyone.  I like Neil's idea of trying to build a little
miniature 'loop' of creation for the new arrival, although just
requiring a single Aspect be earmarked for group-related stuff seems
like it would be easier.  I promise that if we do wind up in this
situation, I'll report back here as to which way we went, and how it
worked out.
