[Diaspora] Refreshes for one-hour sessions

I will soon be running a weekly game of Diaspora over lunch so my  
sessions will necessarily be quite short. Any thoughts on how to  
handle refreshes and stress track clearings?

I am concerned that in such a short time it may be tough to make the  
Fate Point Economy truly sing. It also seems like the stress tracks  
might be cleared too quickly: it's easy to not take a hit to the  
wealth track in a session if that session is short.

Any thoughts/tips?
