[Diaspora] Shocks - examples by technology resource?

Folks,
I've been rummaging through the wiki a bit and found a mention of using
shocks as story cores. They also strike me as a 'easy' system aspect as
well.
However, there are only two there. Has anyone else worked up examples under
the various tech levels?
