[Diaspora] Criminals - picking locks, pockets and sleight of hand

Evening folks. I downloaded a .pdf of the SRD to amuse myself while I waited
for my paperback copy to wind its way from Lulu to me. Besides, it might
give me a chance to come up with motivations for folks to play it with me.
Anyway, in rummaging around through the rules, I see Computer (and maybe
Communications) is what you use to rig the keypad and biometrics. But what
skill is used to lockpicking and hotwiring? Repair?
Related to that, what skills would represent an up and coming crime lord in
a cluster?
