FWIW, I have in the past used Inspiration Pad Pro (www.nbos.com/*pro*ducts/i
*pad*/i*pad*.htm <http://www.nbos.com/products/ipad/ipad.htm>) on my home
machine. Its available for free from the company that makes it. The
advantage IPP has over Abulafia is that it can be set up for input of the
variables. This can be used to include or exclude results. I know I did it
for a Sufficiently Advanced mission generator.

So, if you have E>=3, you can generate Aspects like Interplanetary Civil
War, Confederated Planets, Union of Worlds, Terraforming Run Amok. It can
also block ones like "There are no more planets." Or if you have E<0, then
you can throw in the weird ones like Lakes of Lava, High Background
Radiation, Burning Skies, Frequent Asteroid Bombardment, Free Chlorine in
the Environment, etc.

Also, the technology can open up and close down whole ranges of aspects as
well. Finally, sign up for an account at Abulafia, which means you can get
the 400+ system aspects over there.
