[Diaspora] Bringing Magsails and plasma sails (mini-magnetosphere plasma propulsion (M2P2) and Diaspora

These sails are perfectly consistent with the Diaspora setting, I think.
They can be used as explanations for ships with the "extended range" stunt
or as descriptions for ships that don't even need stats (because they never
see combat), like trains of automated cargo transports or something.

Cool ideas and very visual!
