[Diaspora] Bringing Magsails and plasma sails (mini-magnetosphere plasma propulsion (M2P2) and Diaspora

Brad,
Since fuel costs and every gram you use has to be carried with you, I think
even some war ships might use these to extend their range and duration. They
won't be their war drives, and battle stations would probably involve
furling the sails (or ditching them entirely (let's hear it for explosive
bolts)).

And if militaries don't, I'd lay good odds that cheap skate ne'er do wells
(PCs and the like)that try to make every bit of reaction mass go further
would. Still, even for a ship like that, a magsail wouldn't be its only form
of propulsion either.
