Aspects are indeed sufficient, though maybe more than one. Military Grade
stunts might also be appropriate for wealth that is coupled with power, and
give you room to invent mechanical effect for the fact.

But ultimately, yes, Aspects are sufficient. An Aspect indicating you are
the Duke should have some fun compels tied to it, relating to duty and
responsibility.
