[Diaspora] Bringing Magsails and plasma sails

I stole the THS mass-driver engines for a culture in my cluster (sorry
for not updating in a while), by the way. I just gave them v-shift 0
and the long-endurance stunt, plus an aspect "Runs on anything."
The "no data track" stunt I want for the same ships is a little harder
to model, though.
