[Diaspora] Some (FATE) rules questions

Brad,

The interesting thing in your blog entry is that at the end you suggest 
that you may drop the "pay to deny the compel" part of the equation. So 
then the GM would offer a fate point for the player to accept a 
complication, and the player could just say "nah" (without having to pay 
anything) and carry on without it? So (if I understand correctly) the 
only way the player can spend fate points is to tag one of his aspects, 
and the only way for him to gain fate points is to accept a compel. I 
think I like that alternate approach a lot better.
