* Embarassed
* Shaken
* Upset
* Hesitant
* Uncertain

Social - Major
* Uncommunicative
* Injured ego
* Unappealing
* Second guessing everything now
* Deeply ashamed

Social - Severe
* Catatonic
* Sobbing uncontrollably
* A laughing stock
* Completely confused
* Paralyzed with fear

Personal - Minor
* Little fingers aren't that important
* Grazed
* Cut
* Bruised arm (etc.)
* A bad cough
* Little blood in my eyes

Personal - Major
* Blurred vision
* Broken arm
* Coughing up a little blood
* Shattered foot
* Bleeding badly

Personal - Severe
* Shattered knees
* Punctured lung
* Pretty sure that's supposed to face the other way
* Blind
* Bleeding out
* Vomiting blood

Ship - Minor
* Crap flying everywhere
* Rebooting
* Flickering electricals
* Getting hot in here
* I hear an ominous hissing

Ship - Major
* Breach on deck C
* Blue screen of death
* None of these targets can be real
* It's like a sauna in here
* Venting r-mass
* Can't get this spin under control
* Beams off line (etc.)

Ship - Severe
* Engineering is radioactive
* Drives shut down
* Too hot to breathe
* Total decompression
* Bridge crew all dead
* The enemy owns my fire control system
