[Diaspora] fate and consequences

Gotta agree with you Jeff. This is much more wiki stuff than forum, so
people can integrate and incorporate new bits easily.
Ideas: New forum category Consequences and then set up a thread for Minor,
Major and Severe under each category (Social, Personal Combat and Ship
Combat)? Nine threads in total and it allows folks to contribute neatly and
keep on adding. Thoughts?
Hmm. If the Diaspora wiki isn't set up that way, maybe a unofficial wikia or
something? Or perhaps we can set up a 'contest' that's open to XX/YY/2010
and the results get posted to the geekdo forums?
