That happened on our game <http://www.pensee.com/dunham/diaspora/episodeA5.html> except that it was a positive tagging of an aspect (the ship's Heavily Automated):  “It looks like you are trying to close ports on the firewall!”

(And this is annotated as such, for the player who wanted to see mechanics at work.)
