[Sotff] Some questions about the Diaspora book

Hi there.  I very slowly found my way to this list via some
discussions with Mr. Murray on rpgnet, and was pleased to see that
Diaspora is about to get printed.  I've run through the archives for
the mailing list, and haven't found anything about the questions I've
got, so I'll post them here:

1)  Are you in fact releasing the book as POD via Lulu?  I ask because
if so there's a few other things I'd planned on getting from them that
I'll wait on for the sake of combined shipping.

2) When you commercially release it, will you be offering a PDF,
either bundled with the hardcopy, or as a seperate purchase?

3) Do you have any estimate of the release date, however vague?

Obviously I understand if your situation means you can't answer these
for any reasons of confidentiality or whatever.  Hopefully this isn't
too prying a list, and if so my apologies.  Whatever the case, I'm
looking forward to seeing the finished product!
