The plan is for the first release to be through Lulu, yes. That's just
flat out the simplest and least risky way for us to proceed. We'll be
immediately pursuing other distribution but whatever that is it will
follow on later.

We are still discussing this. Building a PDF that's useful as a PDF
(8.5 x 11 and all that) is more work than we'd planned (it's another
typesetting project) but we may yet do it. Jury's out.
